Productive Weight-loss Week
Intro
It's been a productive week, weight-loss wise; I can't really complain.
I just bought an inexpensive weight scale that calculates more than just my body weight; it also
- allows me to set a user profile (up to 10 people)
- displays body fat percentages, BMI, as well as a few other data points.
My New Toy Got Me.....Bummed!
On my last check-in documented here, I thought my body fat percentage was between 20 - 25%.
After weighing myself with my new scale, it turns out my body fat percentage is actually 27%. Factoring in any inaccuracy in the equipment, it seems my body fat % is definitely closer to 25 than 20.
What.a.bummer!
That bummed me down for a couple of hours as I thought I was getting closer to my targeted body fat %.
No worries; I'll keep working at it.
It never gets easier; you only get better!
