Day 9 - Middle Splits Challenge

Practice! Persevere!! Progress!!!

This is what I kept repeating to myself throughout the day as doubts creep in on my ability to accomplish this goal.
My progress seems to have stalled, even with multiple warmups & informal sessions throughout the day.
I woke up and warmed up for my training.
The Training
I warmed up with the exercises in yesterday's video and I did feel limber afterwards.
Then, I got into the splits session.
The Experience
I'm feeling the stretch in my pelvis, but I'm not seeing additional results.
After the 4th set, I rested for 2 mins before the 5th set.
I contemplated resting for 2 mins for all the sets, but I felt it will increase the duration of the training session (causing reasons to skip them) as well as make me tired more than I should.
Informal Sessions
I still practise throughout the day, however, with less intensity; the goal was for the body to retain its flexibility throughout the day.
Warmups, butterfly poses, one-legged butterfly pose, stretches, etc. - that's how I move my body throughout the day.

I'm tired; looking forward to the accomplishment of the goal.
