Day 12 - Middle Splits Challenge

Woke up a little sore and extra tired.

So, I spent the morning lounging and getting back/feet massages.

Started watching some videos and eventually, began to stretch; I've got a middle splits training session to complete.

The Training

Completed my lazy warm-ups; then, I completed a couple straddle lifts.

It was training time.

The Experience

With music and eyes closed, the sessions do not feel as long as they used to.

And somehow, I'm also beginning to build resilience to the aches.

My legs seem to be stretching wider during the sessions; my ankles are actually on the floor now.

However, there's no noticeable improvement in my butt/thighs distance from the floor; my butt still remains about 10/11 inches from the floor.

Informal Sessions

I still complete informal stretches throughout the day to keep me limber. I do full or partial butterfly poses almost every time I sit.

I also complete 1 or 2 sessions using the bed frame every now & then.

I have 18 days to get this goal done; I'm afraid that I may not be able to accomplish this goal within this time frame.

But I'll keep giving it my best and see what happens.
